The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which was awesome. the room was really nice and had its own bathroom, which was great. the bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Had a great time staying here! 😊

It is a pity that having a nice and efficient cafeteria, it is closed in the mornings to serve coffee and toast, especially considering that there are no bars around. Although it is far from the centre of Seville, it is very easy to get to the hotel.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The shower screen doesn't reach down, so the water that runs down the screen comes out and wets the bathroom floor. Few sockets in the room. . In the requests I had asked for an extra pillow, but it had to be claimed. One of the lamps on the bedside table was not lit, and when they told us that they were writing it down to fix it the next day (that we were no longer going to be there) . Previously we had been in this hotel and we had liked it very much, it is the first time that we have a regular experience.

Pablo the receptionist told us how we could go to Seville without taking the car to go on the metro and it was a great success! The hotel in general everything was correct both in the cleaning, decoration and cleaning everything ok!

Chinese, little education that they have, buses arrive every day x nights and they start between them to show the rooms and to speak too high is the hour that is, at 6 in the morning they are giving some unbearable shouts, doors and you say it in reception and they say that they cannot do anything that already have said it many times and they do not pay attention, my opinion should put 1 corridor for the people with foreign education (English etc. not Chinese) and Spanish and rest for the Chinese because they have no education and it's a shame because you go on vacation and at 6 am you have your eyes open for these people... it's a bit of a shame... the buffet can't be said to be very good either, toaster is not worth anything, they hardly have any variety and if you go down late you are left with the leftover faith which the Chinese have not wanted. We had half board and only put 2 first and 2 second but my partner did not like anything of 1 and were not able to even ask if he wanted something else and 2.. some meatballs of boat at least had that flavor, next day I was even afraid to go to dinner I called and they told me that it was only us who choose what we want but I preferred to eat well and we stayed in Seville to dinner and last dinner idem because you go with fear and it is a pity because I lost the dinners and paid, I said that if they could return the dinners and they said no, not a single detail have had after paying and not use them. truth is that the hotel is great but.., I will not return I do not like anything just the room.

The room here is spacious and beautifully designed.

hotel is located a few kilometres from the centre of Seville and has a regular bus service throughout the day and for less than 2 euros leaves you in the city so you do not need to take the car at all. It is a charming hotel located in a quiet place, only problem we found is that apparently they must have some agreement with Asian tourists and every day huge buses full of tourists arrived and spent the night there and then left early so at 6 am the first day we arrived they started making noise in the corridors, shouting and slamming the doors so we had to say it in reception and truth is that the next two nights they did not bother anymore. this is something that the hotel should take into account and warn the tourists not to make noise in the morning. Otherwise everything is fine.

It made my trip to Valencina de la Concepcion a nice experience. The hotel was pleasant with huge rooms and I greatly enjoyed amazingly nice staff. The location was exceptionally nice and easy - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The room was clean and really spacious, but the view overlooked the car park which wasn't very exciting. the location of this place was awesome, only a short way to the center of Seville! 🏞️

The room at this place was spacious and equipped with a shower and internet, for example.

A quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. We chose this hotel for the complementary mini-bus service into Seville, which is about 5 miles away. However the times of this were not very practical for us, particularly the evening service at 6pm which did not pick up again. Whilst there is also a bus stop outside the hotel, this again was not very regular. In the end we took the car in and parked very easily.

Whilst the food provided was good but pricey. Many of our choices were either not available or had key ingredients substituted.

A very comfortable hotel outside Sevilla in a green area. The hotel provides shuttle (15 min) into Sevilla twice a day or you may easily take a buss to the door of the hotel (30 min). Thus perfect if you are by car and dont want to mix with the traffic of Sevilla. In the restaurant we got the best food of our trip.

If you book on a saturday in the winter season you may experience a wedding like we did. This is very happy occasion but it you have the room over the discoteque it is difficult to sleep. So ask for a room far from the noise - in that case.
